I see that hot on the heels of the Ship at South Walsham, the lease of the Kings Head is up for grabs.

Asking £69.500 if anyone is interested. The agents are Humberstones who handled the transfer of the lease on the Lord Nelson. I'm not sure who owns the freehold of the Kings Head however.

Makes you wonder if the fine dining establishments are under some pressure?
