More likely to be a tree, or part of.

My draught is 1.1 & I've tri keel set up. The structure got under the port bilge keel and lifted out of the water so must be a tree. The ranger is going to have a dig around shortly but I think he'll need something a lot stronger.

Please be advised that there is a very large submerged object, possibly a tree in the water approaching Loddon.
It is located where Pyes Mill ends and the boat moorings start on the right with a caravan park.
This object very nearly capsized a 27 foot boat so please do not take this warning lightly.
Be careful

Yes I am the cameraman.
This forum is far superior to the .co.uk. version.
I've described it in the past as a toxic snake pits and some of the comments are schizophrenic.
Does anyone have a link to the byelaw 72 post from last November?

Never been in there, walked past in many times to the fort but never really took it in.

Mean it was for so many people to oppose its change of use from pub to single dwelling. ...why? It's folly to suppress that clause nowadays.
By the way, where is the Fishernams? Doesn't ring a bell.

I personally think it would make a great Broads shop, reason being is because they are few and far between and it's not always physically possible to stop at Yarmouth for example and stock up.
Perhaps even good hot showers and launderette.
Just an idea but I can't see it ever being financially appealing to third parties as a pub, if pubs in high streets are closing down then it does not really stand a chance.
