Stars mean nothing in the food industry in reality , they are nothing more than a snapshot in time of there visit . personnel hygiene is far more important then stars on a door .
People come back for healthy good food that they enjoyed .

To mek it tha needs to add sum watter t' milk and a teaspoon o malt vinegar and sum salt. That's wot meks it crispy.
Now then....while we are on the subject of batter...to make a batter as a deep fried coating. Timbo's fail safe recipe.
The wench's fool prof batter mix is scumpy cider ( filtered ) plain flour, seasoning and eggs . that and the 12oz fresh off the boat, fish portion's brought the punters in far and wide .

Inge, You know you are my only true love and that my attempt to have you fall overboard with severely injured legs was just a token of my high esteem for you. Tell me when the big fella's gone to bed and I'll give you a call. I got a shed load of washing up here while Sis is in Hospital. :-) ... Ps... Do you do ironing too ?
You cheeky chappie just you wait till i meet you again , i will get my own back you see .
send best wishes to sis .

On traveling up the River Ant last Sunday on our way back from a meet, just after the Stalham Wayford bridge junction. We came across a 6ft dinghy 2 adults 2 kids and a dog aboard, first off the kids were leaning right over the front, with life jackets on at least, not sure about the dog. The thing is it only had approx 2 - 3inches before water would flood over the edges into it. The Norman String of pearls in front of us, had to brush the left hand bank cut down its 4mph speed, in case its low wash flooded said dinghy. The Broads Authority ranger did like wise as did we. But if any of these 3 boats had been say in inexperienced hands the out come could have be more than the dangerous thing it was.
Why didnt the ranger say any thing to them?

At least his teeth and glasses stayed in and on lol
all on board were panicking and useless to help him to get ashore , and hoping the boat did not crush him and no head injuries .

How come a boat owner & forum user gets caught with firearms & wasting police time (among other things) and it gets swept under the carpet but a bloke on his stag party gets his bum out & everyone loses their minds?!
People are now used seeing and hearing about guns , but every stag party is a unique one off . ( or as is more likely they had friends in high places to make it go away . Unlike the stag party )
