If you don't mind moving north you could try Upton dyke, although I believe there is a waiting list. £23 + vat for 2023.

According to their website, The White Horse at Upton is open on Monday (and Tuesday), although a phone call to confirm might be prudent. With EW’s boats all lifted and on the hard, you could easily get down there and turn. The pub certainly could use any additional custom at the moment.

Another resounding success for the Broads Authorities policy of charging for moorings. Clearly the takings at the pub improved so much they decided they could retire early!!
I do wonder though is it closed permanently or closed until another tenant takes it on? I suspect the latter.
Closed until another tenant is found, the owner of the Granary said he was interested & has approached the owners. I also asked him if the mooring charges had affected his trade & he said not, whether it was the same for the pub I don't know.

Just had lunch at the Granary Ranworth & speaking with the owner he said that the Masters has closed permanently & the landlord has moved out.

My son, who is going to join us on Moonlight Shadow for our second week (and then on Kate's boat for the NBN meet) messaged me yesterday to ask if we've been to The White Horse Upton yet. Obviously he's hoping we haven't, as that's our top choice.
The White Horse is also serving breakfast from 9-11.30 Saturday & Sunday until the end of September. 😃

St Benedict's church is a lovely spot, much overlooked I think.

We stayed in one of their pods last year, wild cat island & loved it. We're going again at the beginning of September.
The secret island pod was in a lovely setting & although not directly on the river only a 2min walk.
Good luck
