Hi
I wanna moor in Norwich as close as I can to the retail park. Is there any moorings closer than the yacht station that I could use. I will be using Morrisons supermarket.

We have hired Florida light twice, moved up to Olympic light now, love;y little "bath tub"
im 6ft 2in and don't have a foot board on my bed at home so found it difficult to sleep in the rear double bed, as my feet kept touching the end waking me up, we ended up after the first night making up the lounge sofa cushions into the large double, much more room and far more comfortable
the roof push back can be a little stiff until you get it moving
plenty of room in the shower
its a little old fashion but you get what you pay for.
Thanks for that I am 6 ft 3 so might have to make a bed in the lounge. I chose this boat as a starter to see if its something I want to do again

I was wondering for tips on this cruiser & I am having a week on this cruiser in October so any tips and advice would be helpful on things to watch out for and places to moor on the northern and southern broads heading to Norwich and maybe even Oulton Broad.
Thanks in advance

I have been on Herbert Woods Florida light for a week, it used hardly any fuel motoring along
however the heating is a different story, so put a jumper on !
we are back on Olympic light in a few weeks, now that likes a bit of fuel
I had a Carousel from Richardsons a couple of years ago in the early season. I used 180 litres in a week and had to pay them 60 quid on top of my 150 quid deposit. Dual heaters were on a lot.
Worth every penny.
What was the boat like??

I'm going to be on the Broads aboard Herbert Woods' Florida Light 2 and wanna keep as much of my fuel deposit, so I was wondering what the best place is to top up the fuel and the average price of fuel at boat yards. I'm boating in October and I know the days are shorter but it's a break I booked earlier in the year due to work commitments.
TIA
