  1. Hi all no been on here in a while. hope this is in the right thread area.

Are any of you lot up on boat charge wiring. I've only got 1 battery bank for start and house. And I'm getting problems starting. So I'm looking at rewiring.

    I've got 2 engines. And 2 thrusters.

Can't seem to get a plan without batteries been linked though the charge circuit on either the 12v alternator side or the shore power charger.

Don't want the bow thruster trying to run off the stern thruster battery through the charging wires.

Any help would be great thanks.

  2. Hi. Am after some rhond (or rond) ground anchors.

Anyone got any for sale? I'm in the Norwich area this week if anyone does I could pick them up.

They will be used to hold a 30ft boat so 15inch would be ideal as a minimum I think.

    Thanks.

    Adam.

In that case then Dek-King (From Wilks) is the way to go.

I Installed it in our well deck a long number of years ago, then followed it up with doing the side decks.  It is non slip, our current dog and predeceasing dogs love it as they can pad around without slipping.  Their claws have never damaged it either, mind you it can be easily repaired, not that I have had to do so

I can thoroughly recommend it for durability and ease of cleaning

I suggest you pop onto Wilks website to have a look-see.  We do have some of the bevelled edge and jointed strips left over and some adhesives if you need them

    Thats brilliant cheers griff.

Is it single strip / plank then rather than a larger matt?

  4. Hi everyone. Joined last week I think but only just getting round to writing something on here.

I do have a question..  is there anyone on here with fake teak deck covering?

Looking for some advice etc. But I have dogs so the cheaper foam style covering I'm guessing will just get chewed up.

    Any help would be grateful.

    Adam.
