  1. And one more thing!

As LW is at 11.30 next Sunday we wondered if we might offer to take all you deep-draught guys to the New Inn for a couple of hours lunchtime drinks and a late breakfast?

All you'd need would be an LSJ and some dosh!:lol::lol:

I got the LW bit (low water) but failed miserably on LSJ - Little Sailing Jacket/ Loose Show Jumper / Lead Swinging Jibber / Late Supper Juice.....! But whatever it means (subject to head and hubby) I'm sure we'll be up for that too.

Looking forward to Saturday (order placed with George) :-))

  2. Hi John

We're gonna have a second attempt at meeting up with you all and this should be a lot easier as we're moored at Brundall Bay, so we could limp there if it came to it!!

So can you put us down for Saturday night only

Sarah-Jane & John, Rum Lady, side on and leccy please.

And if all else fails, then Rum Lad will have to inflate itself and get us over there .. Lol

    Thanks

    SJ

  3. Hi John

'fraud we're gonna have to pull out... not a happy bunny!! But the 'lady' is giving us a few issues at the mo which we need to sort out - such as 'where did this friggin great list come from!!'

We'd like to still come and meet everyone ifvwe're allowed to pop over by motor car, if not, well we'll just have to catch you all at the next one.

    Apologies

    SJ & John

  4. I'd definitely say the South side. We were at Horning for our first year and it was chaos, especially with the fact we had moored at one of the marina's that also do hire craft. Cars and people coming and going at all times, hire boats in the private section 'lost' and mayhem on the water. After moving to Brundall, we love it, peace, tranquility and open spaces (although it is a bit pricey!) but we definitely wouldn't move back.

  5. Hello everyone and thank you for the welcome messages.

Our little lady is currently moored at Brundall Bay and we're loving the quieter side of the broads. We were at Horning but got fed up with too many 'near misses' ......! Lol

Now taking it nice and easy, whilst avoiding water skiers....

  6. Hi All

We're new to the site and thought we would say a big HELLO to everyone here. We're the proud, if somewhat broke!, owners of a Sealine 285 which continues to challenge us with its various stages of 'I don't want to work anymore' - but we do still love her and all her foibles... ice slice
