If Suzuki outboards are anything like my Grand Vitara I was stupid enough to buy you would need five for safety as they failed.

I bought the Grand Vitara when I retired and spent another 2K on a white leater interior. To have:

17 weeks off the road in 3 years while they replaced All four Wheels, 4 transfer boxes. The Automatic gearbox, the torque converter. Two drive shafts, the prop shaft. And the last time they crashed it in the work shop.

Well Caroles 2001 Suzi Jimbo auto is 15 years old this year just passed mot couple of minor advisories same as last year

65k on clock had it 3 years with no issues great for terrorising holiday makers on the back roads in North Norfolk especially when the roads are flooded

  2. Same thing here in Holt, we now have to go to Cromer hospital walk in Phelebotomy clinic, take a ticket and generally there is a long queue and you have to pay to use the car park, whereas we used to be able to book an appointment with nursey in Holt, free parking, not to far to drive and generally got in at your appoinment time

    cheers

Your just worried that the olde worlde christmas charm of Holt will be overshadowed by the showy spectacle of Norwich's northern lights .... Remind me ..... How tall is the Holt christmas tree?

Norwich .... bigger, taller, brighter, flashier, busier = BETTER!! :party1:

I feel for you Iain, I have spent most of my lfe working in the tropics without issue but our nicely well insulated retirement bungalow is great in winter but in summer just cannot dissipate the heat that builds up during the day even with the windows open so its sleeping in the nudy with all windows open and fans running

    ooooh matron  :naughty:

  5. We have used a Maeco DDL 80 junior for the last 2 years and find it works very well, it also generates a useful amount of heat in the cabin which is a bonus as the thermostatic heater rarely comes on

    just my ten pennorth
