  1. We own a Bounty Bucaneer 34 RC (34 CC) which we keep in France. Year of build circa 1985. Last season we had the misfortune to snap the handle off the lock on the aft cabin door. The French locksmith who was consulted was ""desolated" to inform us that the lock could beither be repaired or replaced, at least not in France. We live in NZ and haven't been able to find a replacement here either, although we have located a Yale lock which could be adapted. Before going there s there anyone in the forum who could advise me in where I might be able to find an original replacement?. I am told that it s a Lockwood lock. It is rectangular in shape, dimensions 76mm x 70mm. It fits a door which oens outwards and hinges on the right when viewed from the outside.
