  1. The quiz formaat that Bern has used.

    40 General knowledge questions

    Was very well received and would seem to be preferred to the seperate subjects format.

    Therefore, I intend to do next weeks quiz the same way.

    General Knowledge questions with a break at half time for drinks etc.

    All are welcome to join in.

  2. Have had a few issues this week and am late trying to get a quiz together for tomorrow.

    However, i still expect to get there.

  3. The winner of this weeks quiz was bern on 12 points,

    closely followed by Steveo on 11 points.

     

    Bern will be the QM for the next quiz which will be on 5th April as we are having a week off as next week is Good Friday.

  5. Thanks for sharing your experience.

    I cared for my mother for a long time as her dementia worsened.

    It was reallly painfull when I was simply unable to cope any more and she had to go into a nursing home.

    Still visit her very regularly although much of the time she does not seem to know who we are.

    I really admire the way the staff at the home care for her though.   Much better than I could manage the way she is now.

    She is 92 now and incredibly frail and unable to get out of bed.
