As in it wasn't cloudy.
The only thing that was a sign of was the gnats that produced it didn't have a urine infection!
It took me a while to work out but the penny finally dropped.

The ice stops at the entrance today and its clear inside.

Here we are talking of a private limited company, the shareholders of which are getting no younger.
I would never be so bold as to tell Paul, Laura and whoever else how to run their business. But!!:-
If it were mine, I would be lining it up for total redevelopment to luxury appartments, duplex and Town Houses with private moorings and I would off to St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat to eat lobster, drink cold Provence Rosé and get my trotters in the air.
I'm pleased you don't own it then

That is basically as it is now. The boats that are not going out on hire are put in the centre basin and moved to the other 2 basins when they are required for hire.

At Stalham according to the plan there are moorings for 196 hire boats or charter as they call them which is pretty much what they have now. This is the first year in quite a while that they haven't sold any off at the end of the season. The overall capacity to moor the boats will actually increase as the centre basin will be widened and lengthened.

I've been hearing rumours for a long time now but plans are now in for a major revamp of Richardsons site in Stalham and also the site at Acle. There's a story in the edp but can't do the link thingy.

There is a pump that normally keeps the car park clear as well as the big pump down the road.
