  9. Thanks for all the reply’s the guy at bridge craft was great very helpful but we could not solve the problem filters changed tank clean and we even isolated the espatcher heater as I have read this can be an issue but to no avail she is being towed to Eastwood whelpton at Upton for further investigation and possibly peachments the nanni experts we wanted to bring her home to Beccles a bit of a disappointment but we met some nice people along the way who helped out it could have been a lot worse we could have been crossing Breydon water I know it maybe a silly question but can you get breakdown assistance on the broads?

  19. Hi I am hopefully picking up my new boat end of next week and taking her from Horning to her new home in Beccles. im relatively new at all of this so need to plan our journey and have never done anything past burgh castle any suggestions we need to stay over somewhere and while we are in the north is there any must see’s on the way back to Beccles and any good pubs to eat on route we have an air draft of 6ft 4 “ I reckon will will go next Thursday or Friday
  20. Hi I am starting to prepare for my new arrival and can’t wait to get hold of her but I need to get a few things sorted I am slightly concerned about leaving her she has a nice cut in Beccles that’s a perfect size for her but I work away for periods of time but my wife will keep an eye out and a few friends will pop down to check her out I was thinking about getting an intruder alarm fitted along with a high water sensor and low battery alarm, when activated it will send a text to three numbers I was also thinking about a solar battery trickle charger to keep the battery healthy I have an automatic bilge pump fitted already I have a full winter fitted cover so what would be the acceptable amount a normal wooden boat would take on or should they be dry in the bilge I’d be grateful for any advice there’s many products on the market I don’t mind spending on a quality product but want to save money for all the other jobs that will need doing
