Well not our own recipe but seems good all the same.

Well Carole decided she wanted a ride out as the arfuritis not to bad and a change of scenery, so quick trawl of the internet cheapest gordons gin, gaytrose north walsham £17 A litre. So off we trot in the trusty V40.

Carole manages to have a hobble round and found some reduced ( sell by today) Lasagna Rotoli 

Bit like a Lasagna Swiss roll

reduced from £5.99 to £2.95, worth a punt methinks

actually turned out really nice with an added good covering of parmiggiano, Caroles hates that, and a few chips good evening meal, easy to do on the boat me thinks worth a try
