Frozen Cauliflower Cheese.

I have just been down to my local Aldis as I am a bit short on essentials. I saw a packet of cauliflower cheese in the freezer cabinet so I thought I would give it a try. I put a good handful of grated vintage cheese on top of the bowl of the frozen contents of the bag and cooked in the oven for 45 minutes.

This is a great and easy thing to cook on a boat if you have an oven. Most other supermarkets stock similar products. Unfortunately my boat only has two burners and a grill but if you want to feed the crew with some good veggies try this one.
