  1. Dan, I enjoyed viewing your web site. Mark
  2. Clive, The broads sunrise has a second seeting area/lounge at ther rear of the boat...do you know if it has a foldup table like the centre of the boat does. If not i will bring my own. Thanks Mark
  3. Yes i agree looking at the boats and some provisions from Tesco will be required. My plan on Saturday is to get to Horning before the Deli closes so i can stock up with the best pork pies in the country before i haed off to Braydon on Sunday morning....last April got from Stalham to Horning in 1.5 hours but was a bit naughty with the speed and did not come accross any other boats ahead of me due to it being early April...so hope to hit Horning for 4.30pm but depends on what time i pick the boat up.
  4. Yes Clive i will contact you on this site a few days before we are due to arrive...very much looking forward to meeting you all...it will be the first time at your yard...the quality of the new range of boats you have has attarcted us to give you a try...if we like the Broads Sunrise then we will book it every April. We live about 2.5 hours drive away so no point in us setting off to early if the boat is going to be 2ish for hand over. The main part youw wanted to know, your surprise is that you will get to meet my mother in law Mark
  5. What a great site to see them boats lined up looks like Wilds Boat yard in the 70's Mark
  6. Just been looking at the old photos of Fb Wilds boat yard...just how i remember it in the 70's some amazing photos...great memories
  7. Clive if you own the yard then get the Broads Sunrise ready nice and early for the 4th April. It might be worth a treat....so will you be at the yard for me to meet.
  8. Am now 42 and since the age of 2 for 15 years on the trot i went on the Bermudas from Wilds boat yard which in its day was just incredible to see this boat yard full on a Saturday with Fibre glass boats. I noticed that Richardsons have a Bermuda for sale which is nice to see that one still survives, just wish i had the money to purchase it. So where are all the other Bermudas. Mark :]
  9. Clive, I suspect richardsons, in early april, dont have many boats to turn round on a saturday morning. Is it ever possible to collect a boat before 2pm? Last year we went with aston boats in april and they contacted us to say that the boat was available from 11am. Mark
  10. First time i will have been with Richardson, in Early April i assume they will not have many boats to turn round in the morning is there ever any chance of getting the boat before 2pm, went with Aston last April and they phoned me up at home the night before and said arrive at 11AM...which was nice of them. Mark
  11. To Clive, With you knowing so much about Richardons am i correct in thinking that you work at the yard. Mark
  12. thanks for the reply. So to be able to generate 240 volts is it best to have the engine running at the time of using a hair dryer or charging a laptop etc.
  13. Clive thanks for your posting so it seems it is a proper 240volt sysyem, i suspect while the engine is running on high revs.
  14. Thanks Geoff. Looking forward to his reply
  15. Hi folks. This April i will be going on the Broads Sunset with Richardsons 2007 Boat. How does the boat generate 240V does this mean we can use a normal har dryer from home and charge a lap top and use hair straightners for the ladies.
