  9. Hi All, I am seeking help and information re:my Carebbian cruiser 39ft, looking for help with an old Webasto boat heater HL3003 41. Please find phot's below. I bought this heater for my boat, the seller stated it was in working order. This is the type of heater that was in my boat when new, all the fittings are present in my boat, but I never had the heater itself. Anyway we have tried to run it on a bench but got no joy, wondering if any members know how to set it up on a bench to test it, we have tryed but a relay was a bit ifi,.....so we fitted on from a car. Also how to service it. All help is most welcome. Regards David

  11. Thanks Dan, nice photo, another member was speaking about the colour of my boat, white with the red stripe, this is not the original colour. When my boat left the factory it was that classic light blue(like opaque blue) from the deck up...and white on the hull. kind regards David
  12. Thanks Dan and Hi, Re the site FB Winds, I had missed that photo, " love or hate" like the Beatles song its Love,Love,Love...that the recation from the locals. When I was looking for a boat the standard Carebbian was what I had in mind, but this one came up, I thought at the time that the open hull was what I wanted. But you know what with the weather we have in Ireland......I am now charmed to have this one. Here are a few more photo's you will get the idea of just how big the saloon is. At present we are doing a makeover of this area, inc moving the steering and controls to the port side. kind regards David
  13. Hi Lian, three of these boats were built and delivered from the factory new in this format. A special order, by an Irish boat hire company, making my boat very rare indeed. the Major to my mind was 43ft, mine is 39ft. As you can see from my photos their is no seating in the bow, the middle window slides down and their are step's inside, also my saloon is much bigger than a standard Carebbian...but outside the bow is shorter/smaller. Yes my DS has a magic carpet like ride. Kind regards David
  14. Hi SGWilco, thanks! The DS I purchased in Holland from a member of the Citroen owners club. The car was in fine condition, and I continue a high standard with its services. In 16 year's of ownership it has never given any trouble. Only 1500 miles a year, great for launching boats with its 5 position' s ride height. It's on lpg and is still the goddess of the road over long distance. Kind regards David
  15. Hi Grace, the boat is moored on the Barrow river, in Graiguemanagh, County Kilkenny, Ireland. Regards David
  16. Hi All, Here are a few more photo's for you to enjoy!!! my Carebbian 39ft I'm a bit of a collector of Classic Cars also Kind regards David
