Hi I'm currently sat with my uncle ,David George ,who was in some way connected to Norman chalk ,he was cousin to valerie and a sister who's name he can't recall ,and he thinks she may have managed at least one of the restaurants.. His aunties name was Louis or Louise, there is a definite connection but uncle is missing some.pieces ,if anyone could enlighten me at all xx
