Guest
I have been asked by a Forum member who has no current Internet access to post this on behalf of a non forum member who is trying to find his boat! He is asking if anybody has seen A Shetland called Spartacus. It is cream/coffee coloured with green anti fouling and cream/coffee coloured cockpit cover. It has a Mercury 9.9 HP 2 stroke mounted on the stern with the unusual feature of bar around the stern abaft the outboard. Last seen on its usual mooring in Upton Dyke just before Christmas. If anybody has any very recent sightings of Spartacus could you please email me nige97@gmail.com and I will pass any info to said owners friend. Many thanks Nige

Julz
The E-bay one has the wrong make of outboard Brian, to be the stolen one, unless they have done a quick swap of Engine of course! Julz
loribear
hi all i think whoever stole it were probably actually only after the out board, because it would be easy to sell, they've probably ditched the boat somewhere out of view, i hope if they catch them ,that they chop their bl**dy fingers off. lori

My guess is that if she has been stolen then she's been put on a trailer and taken somewhere a fair distance from the Broads, either to sell or to use on another waterway.
