Help with those awkward jobs

Hope the mods don't mind me providing this info as I think there are some excellent guides to tasks we might initially think we need to spend oodles of money employing an "expert"

Well VC all of that looks interesting to me as a retired tradesman. All I require now, is to win the lottery, then I could put to good use (if required) the items shown.
