Its a very big and expensive upgrade, certainly needed doing, to bring the NBN bang up to date Roll on Sunday !!!! The NEw logo will be displayed ( Thank you Luke)

The logo next to the page title in the tab (which I'd guess is also the one referred to above as being in their favourites).

What great Films
Local History is very interesting.
Thank you so much for sharing them with us.

I have to Say, Salhouse Bell has gone from stength to strength over the years, since it was re firbished, the owners are active users on Facebook to promote the Pub.
Its a fantastic local business that has local support.
Pubs have to evolve and change with the times, if they dont - they close down.
A Pub just cant be a PUB anymore it has to be more, provide more.
I wish Trudi and Steve the best with their bid on being the local post office as i know they can pull it off, specially with the help of all the local residents.

The Day Clive Joined the NBN and posted the boat building thread was a good time for the site.
Praise has to go further though as Clive and his team employ great people.
I meet many of the Richardsons team when im out and about at their many many many businesses all are very nice people to do business with
Local people are employed and local contractors are used.
It is companies like Richardsons that keep Norfolk great !

If they close the Moorings, it will be a joint venture with The Broads Authority
I agree theres a comment that, on a summers evening moored up with a bit of live classical background misic, i certainly know where i would like to moor.

I think its called Diversifying.
Schools and education budgets are being cut.
How Hill has looked at different options to keep the place going.
Support it or Loose it.
Hats off to them for trying something different.

The only reason i up/down graded to Windows 8 was the bargain cost of £25.00 I do feel i was robbed though.
-
yes sorry amateurs, its those little keys on the ipdad lol !
Im surprised theres not a nice glossy publication that goes out with all the hire boats.
-
tranqulity !??
You haven't been there when there's a School visit
-
try the old chesnut, delete and re install Chrome

I upgraded when it was released, on my home PC, What a awful opperating system.
Its certainly made for touch screens.
Unless you have a touchscreen PC, dont bother with it.
As Mark says you have to re install most of your programs for them to even work at all !
terrible operating system, you have to go into Settings just to turn the PC off !!!

OK as my idea above and add..
Touring caravans and camping !
A lake next to the complex with well stocked fish
A few of those log cabins that fishermen families love with a hot tub
another lake for water sports. have a go at water skiing and the blow up banana boat etc
It has to be close to a main road with good access.
ITs a win win
So you have
Private boat owners
Hire Boater
Touring caravans nad luxury motorhomes
Camping
Log cabins
Open all the year round

Wrc has the place but not the moorings, the hire companies need to team up themselves and make a leaflet where to visit, don't leave it to the armatures , make a proper best places to visit,

Like many I think they are aiming at luxury/couples/ market which is very buoyant at the moment as many are now staying in the uk for holidays as uk now offers better values for money if the quality is there, brooms know the market and will reap the benefits ....
