Calling Princess 30 Owners.

I'm trying to get a good idea of what I should get out of my princess 30ds as full speed and cruising speed so would like to know what engines setups others have and what they do, I can't go just by a thrash across breydon as I have an add on barkeel that causes me drag and I want work out if I should take it off or not as I will rarely get any benefit from it, it's only for drying harbours.(also have the beaching legs to go with it)
I have 2x TMD41a's @ 150hp each on shafts and seemed to average 18-19knots at full throttle @3900rpm, what do others get?
I know what sales ads say buy they are likely to be a bit elastic with the figures.

We looked at a 414 and that twin 40b's, that should have done 25kts apparently and as low as 1/2mpg  Not sure what the revs were .. 3900 sounds a bit high to me.
