Brundall already has a fair few moorings available, so with the new NYA ones and I presume Brooms soon to offer additional spaces (their recently closed sales pontoon) I cant see the demand is there, although NYA are struggling for brokerage space so that could have been the main reason for buying the Alpha yard.
