Tintin
Hello everyone, so this summer, my self and two friends intend on bringing our three dinghies to the broads for 4 days to sail around and have some fun. This a short stay toll would be needed. However, online it seems as if you cannot buy the short stay toll unless you go to their office / an outlet. Well this is impossible as I live very far away from the broads and to register an account to be able to do a toll online well a) it seems you can only do annual tolls online and b) you need your boats broads registration which I obviously do not have! Can someone please tell me how to get 3 short stay tolls for 3 small sailing dinghies in advance? Thank you! it seems very silly that they would not have thought of this / if they have then made it more obvious!
grendel
can you do it by phone with the BA, the rangers out on the river should also be able to do it.
grendel
I see on their short visit tolls page they say - Quote Short Visit Tolls can be purchased in advance from our main office in Norwich by telephone, using a credit or debit card, or by post. https://www.broads-authority.gov.uk/boating/owning-a-boat/tolls/short-visit-toll/short-visit-outlets
