NOTICE TO MARINERS 
 
LOWESTOFT – OUTER HARBOUR – POWER OUTAGE 
 
Mariners and Port Users are advised that on Monday 30th September 2019, there will be a planned Power Outage on the Sembmarine / SLP Site within the Outer Harbour from 09:00hrs LT. 
 
The Power Outage is to allow for electrical works to be carried out by UK Power Networks and is planned to last for approximately 9 Hours. 
 
The Power Outage will mean that the Navigation Lights on the North Pier and on the East Jetty will be Unlit for the period of the maintenance. Mariners are advised that if this period extends beyond the planned 9 hours, these Navigation Lights will be Unlit during the hours of darkness.  
 
Mariners and Port users are advised to navigate with extreme caution in the vicinity of the Port Approaches & within the Outer Harbour and report to Lowestoft Port Control any problems observed with these Navigation Lights on VHF Ch 14.
