gancanny
called into our local LIDL store yesterday and came away with some decent fishing bargains. a pike spinning rod set, ready to go with rod, reel, spare spool, pliers, line and spinner and a box with more spinners, hooks, lures, swivels etc. £15 a water proof fishing poncho, with hood and large breast pocket. £5 a spare reel. £5 a large box of accessories with lures, sinkers, split shot, line clippers, pliers, rod holder, hooks, floats, bite indicators, twisters, snap lights, steel rig, swivels and more spinners. £10 not the gear the top men would use but for me, a pleasure fisherman, a good bargain alan

gancanny
hi barry!! another early starter i notice; your last post a 6.10, LIDL's had chest waders in at a tenner, and a very good tackle bag at just £20 i do all my fishing off the boat or immediate bank side so the waders or bag were no good to me alan
