To the sport cruiser owner that went down Oulton Broad today, just off the plane, your wash was not appreciated. Illegal wash, illegal speed and very annoying, most notably to the fisherman in a dory that you passed. Next time I will make a complaint, with photo's, to the BA.

Granted, Strowager, but I live in hope! Might go for a toddle around the Yacht Station tomorrow. Unfortunately I didn't have a video camera with me today but I intend to carry one more regularly from now on.

Arrogance like this should never be ignored, Peter.

 

We report every cruiser we see excessively speeding past our yard and have CCTV footage of most (just so everybody knows).

 

The residents and users around my neck of the woods have suffered from people taking the **** for way too long, the biggest culprits often being the rowing clubs at Carrow and elsewhere falsely believing that they can do any speed they like in thier support vessels.

 

We have managed to get most of this stopped now and some of the clubs have finally invested in propper trainin vessels that glide without excessive wash.
