Hi all

I have a friend with a boat for sale.this one is a bit special 50foot steel trawler style cruiser built in 1979 and never used.has got running motor and the steel work is still very good.also has a current BSC and is broads regestered but has never been moved.could make nice house boat.

I thought the max for the Broads was 45ft?

I think boats registered before the 45 ft rule was introduced are still okay
