all calm now water at the river ant level slight higher than norm no more than after a heavey rain for a day or two ...... quick check on me ole beach etc flodd gate still up and sea level high but sea state calmer .............. we stayed in house last nite and I monitored the beach / sea state regular it was worst last time when it crashed waves over the top of sea wall washed all the sand away and at end of our end the sand was scalloped away from under the concrete sea wall yard suffered small damage ............ nerver in the field of running a boat yard ............. now I,m off to smoke a cigar ............. still expect a higher rise in river level .but will take days to affect us..............

if the ole tide does nt slip back by much from what is see then its the next highen to worry about ..... as our ole sand has had a good ole wash orf to yarmoth for a change then we aint got alot to slow the ole waves down ere................... sea wall has repotdlty been breahed just a mile from us as i type and afew numpties taken pics to close the the pier at cromer got into trouble ....doh the sea shell be a cruel ole gal when she wan,ts to be she taketh and giveth all in a day .............. estimated high waters ere 8.30/940. am ish depends on wind and mooon mood ............ i,m taken a boot to wark to mo.......

well blow me we were phoned this morn at 6.00 in the am by the local flood warning machine to tell us of floods.......!!!!!!!!! as we are at home to the sea in sunny narfolk and work on water all day long on the broads on the river ant too looks like i,m taking the fast rescue launch hum tonite to get to work fast faster than norm..................... better check the floor boards when i get hum always wanted a sea view in the morning................. i,ve worked in boot yard that we wadded to work and worked on stagging while the floor was under water all day from 1/2 foot of waater.... drive hunny lorry to work from full length of river side est while bieng taxi to other yards or row to wark ............... be safe look at the water coming dun the ruds.........................................!!!!!!!

ahh back from sunny clime seeing more boot and feeding the mullet out of hand on wet and windy harbours in the atlantic brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr............................ up at at like a bestest narfolk snail i,m too ................. got man flu still like no other too so slow as a slow thing ................... managed to river test rebuild down river toady past the proper old bill with comments like "drive it like i stole it " and a polite wave ............................ finish the ole woodies in pairs this week king done and mallard too................ slip way still full and got our part orf the river bottom having survey this week check them ole large holes where the pike hide ........from here to barton must have agood set of googles and snorkel i say only a few pike men this week so far and a boot or two goes by .......... better get on as got three more boots to come as from thurs so need to make room ....... pulling engins apart and got rebuild ve8 to source and supply some ole ford parts to customer in the smoke whilst on river trial in rebuilt boot which is fibre class and wood top "good ole bourne "saw otters and great sun burning through the trees whilst we slippped through the water with customer at the wheel i stood back and admired the little wake from an old 35 foot bourne going through the water with ease and low wash .............nice passing hunsett mill looking at its best, despite the runggen extesion of a cock up modern thing on side of a classic house "broads land mark " dis,t look to bad .............. stilll lokin for new wooodi for new customer must be in need of work and about 30 foot plus too ?????? so off on hunt next week to see what ican find look out i,m off gain ............... lock up yer mooorings too.........................

ahhh make a loop ................. make a loop of excess exhaust hose make no bigger than the the hight of the engine water injection point pin it to the bulk head or hull ie with a large jubliiis clip with a ole bit orf rubber pipe as a sleeeve er back up and a acumilator set up all in one nice and quite ....now still with plenty of water escape simples ............................... done it loads and it makes simple silencer utilizing water of the ole engine etc ie the vetus silencer look inside it should be collasped and not blistered ..if blistered then run on hot exhaust gas at some time ,as said befor look at raw water pump all cooler incl gearbox and engine oild check the ole end caps on header tank etc change impellar every yera as they die inside and swell etc, use to last , last a life time it seems .naaaaaaaaaaaaa water out and air in, not always a leak to see....?????? check them ole pumps check them ole jublee clips yer know ole steel one loose there grip and stainless will die too.... weed filter have a seal in top orf lid ................???? muscles are blockers tooo with white wine and garlic too....... umm!!!!!!!!

i reckon thta yuo have a single coate of the fav international damboline bilge paint a high opacity paint for the boot under floor and in the ole cubords too........ in lain english its a oil base paint whch help s the surface breathe ,but be warned whens its cold it takes a week and a day to cue .................brrrrrr................ or its an old fav a mix of pink /grey primer with a hint of woood preserver used as a good base seal etc for bare wood in and below the cabin sole etc or some old grey wood paint of sorts ................either or sling it on ...........
