    I met the person at Barton Regatta in 2009 who had just bought Venus. If he still owns it and is restoring it - it should be in very good hands. Liz

    Thanks for the update We went on a Shannon holiday in 1965 which can only be described as 'an experience' - the following winter my father bought a Broads cruiser which I now care for! Liz

    I sent a PM to pks1702 hoping for a PM response In 1965 6 x H Woods were sent to Ireland to a boatyard owned by Ted Barrett To my knowledge all four Delights are still floating - any photos in any condition wanted Liz Goodyear owner of Delight VII now called Water Rail
