Yes first turn of isolating tap/valve on or near tank then place rag then a bowl to catch any spillage then clean replace the sealing rings with a smear of grease this helps to settle and keeps in place,  as you screw retaining bolt spin/turn cover to make sure it is centralised, turn tap on and bleed. John
