Water Levels In Uk & Europe

As looking at the News in the past week Uk & Europe are suffering a significant lack of Rainfall will this ever affect the Norfolk Broads even though the Broads are tied up with Sea coming through Great Yarmouth?

My guess is the reverse. The way on-land glaciers are melting adding to rising sea levels and the sinking of SE of the UK will add more saline and create a largely estuarine environment.
