Norfolk surge: Happisburgh house owner's 'stiff upper lip'

A house teetering on the edge of a cliff in Norfolk following last week's tidal surge has been demolished. The house was planned to be demolished in the spring but the storms over the previous weeks has brought this forward.

It is so sad for the owner who thought the house would be standing for 25 years rather than the five years she has had in her Norfolk coastal home.

Oh dear, thats really sad, i really for those people, i can't believe how much land has gone, it's about time this government did something about it, instead of giving themselves big bonuses, they're living in another world down there. Lori Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk
