I don't think there are any private car parks in our town. They are all run by the council, not too badly priced.

 

60p for up to half an hour, handy if just nipping to the bank to pay a cheque in, or call at the Post Office.

 

£1.40 for up to two hours, enough for a good browse round the market

 

£2.20 for up to four hours, ideal if you want to visit the Castle, and a walk through the riverside gardens

 

Free after 6pm to 8am and all day Sunday.
