Mixed feelings on this one, not least who, if we can't guess, will be picking up the tab. Granted that it should never have come to this, those of us who opposed the Broads Bill did at least try. As it is when said houseboat wants to move then the owner will be glad that the BA has maintained the navigation.  In the meantime the huge waste of OUR money that came with the Broads Bill looks set to continue. A pity that Chief Executives don't have to meet the costs of their mistakes.
