Dog control is a totally different issue and one which I am convinced needs re-examining and real penalties introduced AND APPLIED that truly will deter potential miscreants! VetChugger Posted September 30, 2016 Share Posted September 30, 2016 The finance involved is, again, a separate issue in that I can see no evidence of this coming from monies that would otherwise be used on navigation. You will have no arguement from me that there needs to be far more spent on navigation and moorings maintainance. I will also concede that the issue of prority of need is not addressed here but, if there is no possibility of the money involved being spent on the navigation, surely it is best to grab what is available for other improvements?
