I hope it is satisfactory as I fear there will be a lot of faith lost in the BA if they don’t handle it well. The time it is taking is not acceptable imo. I suppose it could be a problem for them in that they might be setting a precedent if they agree to some sort of compensation. If I pursued a claim it would only be taking money from other toll payers. My main intention was to raise awareness at a higher level of this unacceptable damage and to alert forum members.
