Oulton broad, end to end 120 seconds, side to side, 25 seconds, Wroxham broad, end to end , 90seconds, side to side 12 seconds, Black horse broad, end to end 35 seconds. Side to side 24 seconds, Malthouse broad, 80 seconds, 30, seconds, Breydon , 6 minutes and then 20 seconds side to side. The river at Horning 4 seconds We aren't going to see flying moths on the broads. The tacking time just doesn't give enough time to get up to speed before you turn round again.. especially as in many places tacking at a bank puts you under the trees..
