I agree. Maybe get away with closing 15 minutes early if you have zero customers but don't take the mick.

Whilst being reasonably tolerant to dogs and even children I was in a Broads pub a few years ago and it was like Battersea dog's home in there with three dogs barking. Nothing was done by the staff. I went outside, finished my beer, went back to the boat where there was plenty of beer and have not been back there since and never will go back.
