Not sure if advertising is allowed (apologies if it's not) but we have hired a 46ft Fair President from NBD, other than that, we have no idea what we are doing !!!! Should be fun - hopefully !!! Antares_9
Welcome, you should have a great time and find moorings a bit easier to find this time of year.

Guest
Hi kugababe You'll be fine so long as you take everything slowly - nothing moves quickly on the broads. Fair President- aircraft carrier.! James
Kugababe
It bogey... You are scaring me now Did we choose wrong boat ??? Note to Self: Pack more wine.....think we're gonna need it !
Guest
Hi Kugababe No- beautiful boat, not driven her but something of comparable size. You'll be ok. Pack the extra wine anyway. Once being on the water gets into your blood you will be clammering for more! (not more wine!) If we happen to meet can we put our boat on your bathing platform to save on fuel costs? Hockham Admiral
Hi, Kugabe and Welcome Aboard! There'll be three of us moored up at Reedham over the weekend if you make it there. All Alpha 35's, 2 forward drive and 1 centre cockpit, and hope to be outside The Lord Nelson. You'll be welcome!
Kugababe
Lol...... It Bogey !!! Thanks for the welcome & invite Hockham Admiral ! At this point we have absolutely no idea where we are headed, just focusing on getting out of the boatyard safely after instruction, sure hoping the FP is easy to manoeuvre !!! In June we had a day trip over to Wroxham to look at the boats and decide which one to book. Then we took out a Dayboat for a couple of hours and got as far as Horning before turning round and we were amazed at how much waving goes on on the Broads - we shall certainly be doing lots of that next week !!!!
