Had my screens done a few years ago and they leak like a sieve between glass and frame after a short sharp shower,  they had to be done twice as first attempt came out a different shape than the holes they came from, he'd never heard of measuring corner to corner to assure a shape.

As far as ToS are concerned , if you have received poor service etc from a business , provided your grievance has been put to said business and they have been given every opportunity to correct any issues and have failed to do so then in such cases you can certainly inform other members . 
If they have not been given the chance to correct / rectify poor service then yes ToS most certainly applies .
