Nicholson's guide?

I need to replace my very old, c.1975, Nicholson's guide. Is this one going to serve me well? http://www.harpercollins.co.uk/Titles/6 ... 0007452637. I already have the GEO Projects 4th Edition Broads map but maybe this needs updating too?

Or can you recommend what I should be buying?

The HarperCollins does put together just about all the info you need for cruising/visiting the Norfolk Broads.

With local knowledge and years of pottering you probably wouldn't need it but for an occasional visitor I reckon it's an extremely useful guide! At £5.99 and free delivery it's a steal at Amazon Books.

Did I say "my old Nicholson's guide"? How embarrassing - should have said it's "my old Hamilton's guide" which IIRC is no longer published .

Hello Setfair,

The book we still take with us is the "What to do on the Norfolk Broads" by Jarrold Publishing, again another no longer published. This was a great little book.

The Nicholson's guide is ok but tends to be very functional.
