ranworthbreeze
A sculpture of Jimmy Stewart is the focal point in a new gallery in Burnham Market.Any story involving Jimmy Stewart is always worth a look in my book, IMHO one of the last hollywood stars.http://www.edp24.co.uk/news/hollywood_legend_jimmy_stewart_s_wartime_role_at_old_buckenham_is_focal_point_of_new_gallery_in_burnham_market_1_3760752RegardsAlan
JennyMorgan
Perhaps a statue to a Broads hero mightn't go amiss either. For me the obvious contender would be the man I regard as the father of the modern Broads, Jimmy Hoseason. Could be a long list, who would you choose?
BroadScot
A gentleman I had the privelage to talk to JM. Jimmy Hoseason would get my vote. Much loved up here from his days at Loch Lomond. I would imagine you met him many times? Iain.
JennyMorgan
Not only as a friend, but also as a business associate and, in my younger days, my boss. I worked in Brochure Dispatch during the winters, we shifted absolute mountains of the things.
