The Sob Has Finally Been Replaced

Recommended Posts

It's good to hear that the BA have listened to all our advice on replacing the SoB at last.

The new vessel is a fast RIB, will go under all bridges, can get close to stranded boats on Breydon and can repel any unsavoury sailie types from the rivers.

I hope you agree this is a much needed replacement and the choice of the new vessel is spot on.

The rangers will also not be handing out tickets to noisy engine runners at moorings or those naughty people who over stay on 24hr moorings. Best make sure you have paid your tolls as well! I think you can tell from the picture the deterrent on the front will be much more effective than on the spot fines? There may be some additional training for the rangers though.two guns

Ok the markings were obvious son top marks for that.

Woukd you believe 2 of these boats escort the Staten Island ferry in each direction. This is a 30 minute journey to Manhattan across the Hudson River!

I know they are security conscious but this sounded like over kill to me. Wonder if we need one at Reedham?

The guys driving did seem to be having fun though speeding around.
