I was out hunting the local wild plums which are plentiful this time of year when I spotted

 

this wall on the side of a primary school in alpington.

 

some of the plums are now safely resting in some brandy for a while and some preferred gin.

 

I popped in to say hello to them daily and give them a little shake so they remember whos boss.

 

I might let them join the company for Christmas if they have worked hard and agree to be good.
