  1. NNNNNNNOOOOOOOO.........

Poor old Father Christmas, he only works one day a year, he really looks forward to it, if he is sacked (pun intended) how will he pass his free time, and don't forget, if he is sacked, the elves and reindeer will loose their jobs too. Even the coca cola lorry is being banned from Liverpool, because of the PC brigade blaming it for the obese kids.....

  2. If you hover over the letters BA a box comes up and says Broads Authority. I am sure Griff uses some other way of typing Broad Ambition, by using - or something.

Anyroad, my gripe was Wednesday morning, a bit of road rage, I even got out of my car to tell the "road worker" in no uncertain terms, and of course  in a language he understood.....

That when he decides to put the first traffic cone out, he looks at the road to make sure he does not just throw it in front of an oncoming car, making the driver brake hard and the car behind brake even harder so as not to crash into the back of said car that the cone was thrown in front of..... I stopped with about 6 inches to spare, the reason I got out was instead of him realising what he had done and saying sorry, he just glared at me and told me to go round it. I indicated the car behind me, he didn't move the cone, so I did......

    And calm...........

  3.

    Thank you,

It looked to me like a seating/shelter in a park so I looked at others suggestions......

And as I accept this award, I would like to thank the following.....

Retired (John) for saying secret garden...

Vaughan for saying Gardens , Norwich

Norfolknog, for again saying the terrain looks like Norwich, and also the "not a very public area"

And finally, Mr google... Especially his image search

    "Norwich park garden"

Came up with some nice pictures, and one had (in the far background) a building that looked familiar to this one....

    Further investigation gave the answer....

Some may say I cheated, others may say I used my free time well......

Oh Robin, one day you’ve got to get a small mid-engine sports car and give it the beans on a twisting A road, through the gears, feeding it into the bends, top down, sun out and really feel the car”

yup, I said that to myself, (I didn't call myself Robin though)

indicating you will crush their nets is a treat and likely to get an adverse reaction .

This made me giggle, and no word check would spot it.

I know it is a slip, and we all make them, but this did make me giggle....

  10. One thing about "training days" that I really don't understand is, why are they always the day after either 2 weeks or 6 weeks school holidays. Why can't they be done in the children's holiday times, as a parent I can not take my children out of school in term time, but head teachers can pick term time days to stop the children going to school, for so called teacher training days.
