Hi Alan We are moored in Bells so just a short walk either through Brooms or a path beside the railway track which takes you onto the platform by Brian Wards so dont need to take the car. Not tried the Bistro yet but intend having a look and maybe a try this week if no work on and will report back. Yes agree never had bad meal at the Yare but they do overdose on the chips even if you ask for small portion, have found taking the croquette option instead of chips is a manageable meal.
