We have older version of one of these hard wired in each car comes on with the ignition
More expensive but has gps location and speed / acceleration logging you can view trip and log of speed etc on google maps app
also G shock sensor
Bit pricey but worth it for peace of mind

Griff
If you dont have one get a dashcam preferably with gps which will record speed etc
In any future incidents pass the video footage onto the plod. In the worst case you will have video evidence if an incident occurs.
I drive a BMW 3 litre Z4 and frequently suffer the boy racer problems (being an old balding b*rst*rd) fortunately the BMW has plenty of power to get me out of these situations.

Well maybe not just on a boat but take it on hols as you say or work around the world
I will give it a go, just think where HA could have had pics of his, and we went round the Caribbean last year

not cheap but work well

Well I think its the way it should but unfortunately, I am the captain, chief engineer, chief cook and bottle washer while you know who expects to be treated like a first class passenger
Ray
Psst
Dont tell Carole or I will be sleeping in the cockpit
Been doing this a number of years all over the world
its a nice little hobby on the side, we have four of our own in North Norfolk one of which we adopted "Silent Sentinel" is very old
Ray & Carole
Much the same as above
Bottled water drinking/ice
5 ltr bottle filled from marina tap (no hose) for kettle
Boat tank for everything else, filled using own hose, well flushed each time and tank dosed every so often with Milton tabs they use for baby bottles, cheaper than boaty stuff
Ray & Carole
Lying in a nice warm bunk with a cup of tea reading the newspapers things cant get any better but wait suddenly come across this
