Well after Caroles latest hospital tests, called in at Waitrose pick up something quick for tea Charlie Bighams lasagne, reduced from £7 to £4.49, sell by date today sorted well not bad a bit sloppy but tasty but overall prefer Tesco Finest Lasagna al Forno Ray & Carole

Mmm Hopefully if skilled enough to line it up and not take the sliding roof off Ray & Carole

Ah Iain the Celt is not over riding then, yes Carole had the extra rib, I was left sucking on the bones as usual but all in all not bad, but think I will buy from a proper butcher next time Ray

Well Waitrose rack of lamb this evening very nice, but can anyone explain why you get only 7 ribs when proper butchers sell it as 4 or 8 ribs, seems to be a supermarket thing both tesco and safeway (morrisons) seem to do it in packs of 7 ribs f**kin stoopid in my opinion 4 ribs each perfect. We had to fight over the 7th rib black eye to prove it (not) Ray & Carole

Well not a lot to report today had to wizz back home today for Caroles medical appointment, now back in Wroxham, very quiet, pouring down with rain, and still hire boats going through without pilots. Our Last night tonight then home hopefully but back to Brundall After Caroles doctors appointment for the bank holiday weekend to continue the upgrade of Tangara its been an interesting and enjoyable week and can recommend Cordon Rouge apartment 12 Ray & Carole

DavidH Valid points but as we cannot pass throught the bridges its largely irrelevant to us, but of interest non the less as in my response to SpeedTriple I am not being vindictive just trying to post a bit of public interest to members of the forum, it does make an interesting afternoons entertainmaint which i actually prefer to F1 but of course nobody is obliged to read the posts Ray

Well so far today no bashes observed, most people using the pilot, at lunch time a mad rush like the motorway stack, boats every where waiting to go through and only one pilot working. Ray & Carole

Ah Speedtriple I enjoyed your rant, no I am not using a Gopro just a normal digital camera, a PC how retro Ipad all the way. And at the moment I actually have nothing better to do, due to Caroles recent serious illness and hospitalisation she is not mobile enough to use the boat so we had to cancel our planned boating trips and booked a last minute break at the bridge so there is someting to watch and do and she can just about manage to walk to the hotel before becoming breathless. NOT LOOKING for sympathy we are living with it I Am not trying to humiliate only post pictures which could be of public interest to forum members like yourself who obviously likes to read these posts and comment accordingly As for you final comment if you wish to post pictures of my occaisional c*ck *ps thats fine with me at least you will recognise me from my avatar, I am not hiding behind an anonymous one Mods if you feel this thread should be deleted thats fine with me enjoy the rest of your week end Ray

Lost count of the number of hire boats not stopping to pick up the pilot, I know some yards do not require it but the ones not bothering were a fair mix from all yards Ray
