Unless you've only got twenties and fifties, the plastic ones must be water proof???

Do I take it that takes care of the first forbidden mention of a certain season??

When we tried to get to West Somerton in late June we got caught up with weed by Martham Broad on "Juliette". It almost stopped the boat dead. No thrust at all. It was very difficult to get it off and took a lot of forward and reverse to shift it. At one stage I was almost resigned to stopping and yelling for help from the yard.

One of these! Other sources for purchase are obviously available!
And needs no ariel.

And I recently used one of trumps favourite mifi gadgets with a "3" sim without a problem all over the Broads.

Australia and the other Test and cricket playing nations do not select three different squads for its national team. The captain and nucleous is the same for all forms and these players get used to playing with each other and develop a team spirit. Central contracts also limit the actual play they get by stopping them turning out for their counties, sometimes even when not in the national team playing at that time! Makes me steam!

Moored where the pub and Lidl are across the way?

Same for me Spider, I had good clearance of at almost a foot. Also the narrower profile of the topsides make it a more likely candidate. Martham let the hirers do this because they know they will fit. Also, by and large, I don't think your typical tourist hires their boats.

This is true, had "Juliette" out at the end of June and she went under with bags of space to spare!

A couple out of left field...
Thorneycroft 29' although not as much room as Nyx .
There's the Buckingham 31' center cockpit narrow beam (6' beam).
Maybe the Shetland 32?
Or the Viking 32 HighlineAlso in the very same field is the Norman 32. Again 6' 10" beam but an airdraft of little more than 6' 4". This was the forerunner of the Atlanta 32 which became the Shetland 32 and Viking 32.

Encountered this on face ache. Seems quite an impressive electric dayboat. Have a look on the following link and scroll down!

The one I noticed is Apollo.

As I recall, this was the one and only holiday we lost all or part of our deposit on! We took a bit of a chunk out of the bows getting into a bit of a kerfuffle at Potter Bridge!

Go on! Admit it! How many more of you looked it up? I did!
"Aotearoa is the Maori name for the country of New Zealand. The literal translation of Aotearoa is "land of the long white cloud"."

You have one of those AIS thingies on "Snowbird" Dave?? You really need to try Staithes, Filey and Robin Hoods Bay as well. Robin Hoods Bay would suit you well, pub on the beach! Have a good one.

I also did the "forbidden journey" last week. Cracking night in both the Pleasureboat and Nelsons Head. Defeated by the weed trying to get to West Somerton though. Its almost impassable! Got as far as Martham Broad. Was wishing for a weed hatch!

I "fish" regularly and totally love it. Only thing is I don't try too hard and release anything caught straight away. I just love sitting there perusing and watching the world go by. Having a boat allows periods of horizontal perusal as well. I'll wave and smile at all boaters also! What's not to love?

I was under the impression that gas fridges were OK as long as they are of the "room sealed" variety!
