guy needs a good hard kick in his nuts !
As well as a thoroughly good kicking in my book and then locking up in Rampton.....permenantly. I really hope this excuse for a human is found, has his hands and legs tied and is covered in what ever swans like to eat and is thrown in a pen with atleast 100 of them. I cant find the words to express how truly upsetting I find this

The Broom Captains are very nice indeed, they wont go under Beccles old bridge but can get into the yacht station without issue.

I recieved my order of 4 filters yesterday, they have supplied me 2 Baldwin filters which fit the water seperators and 2 Mann filters for oil and fuel. Ive been up this morning and fitted the 2 water seperator ones which fit perfectly and I will be doing the other 2 tomorrow. So far so good and I think i made quite a big saving buying from inlinefilters.co.uk

I think we should all be able to defend ourselves using reasonable force....depth charges, water cannons, stinger missles....that sort of thing

Ive always liked Chris Evans but it feels to me like he is jumping into dead mens shoes, and theres something about that that I dont think is right really but I will give it a go. Who knows in a few years we could all be saying Clarkson May and Hammond who?

Even today i went up to the boat and after 5 minutes inside i was dripping with sweat! Its not my idea of fun but then I have never been a sun worshiper!

You only have to watch youtube videos of these stag parties jumping between moving boats to see how out of hand things can get and the fact that there isnt much of a deterant to this behaviour is the thing that really ought to change if the industry isnt going to but I do agree everyone shouldnt be tarred with the same brush.
Its been discussed to death on forums like this for years about what should or could be done to stop this kind of thing going on but still it happens. These people are not only a liability to themselves and the boat the might have hired but to all others who might have the misfortune of coming into contact with them.
Look at it another way, a serious collision occurs with a stag party on a hired boat resulting in injury and loss of property. Can the hire operator be completely absolved of blame given the reputation of these groups of people. A very costly court case could be just around the corner!

Totally agree Polly, Clarkson shouldnt have done what he did but in the heat of the moment everyone is capable of doing something stupid they may later regret, we all make mistakes and if you can hold your hands up to what you have done wrong like Clarkson did after the event then that should have counted for something.

Theres just no excuse for getting yourself into a situation like this requiring all these rescue resources because of stupidity, drunkeness and overall negligence

Got to be honest and say Im not sure its the best use for the site in my opinion.
Apart from the obvious traffic concerns on what is a notorious stretch of road for accidents as it is im not sure it is an appropriate site to be used as proposed.
It is clear that various businesses have struggled to survive on the site but Id sooner see it used for something that would be of benefit to the passing river trade as in my opinion facilities are somewhat lacking in the area.
